I've spent 14 years owning systems from whiteboard to production scale — distributed microservices and serverless topologies on AWS, high-volume platforms serving 30–40M+ requests a day, and the observability to keep them honest.

My current focus is AI infrastructure: embedding LLM workflows into backend orchestration and solving the unglamorous production problems — prompt caching, vector search optimization, guardrails, and taming non-deterministic model outputs inside deterministic systems. On the side, I design and ship iOS apps end-to-end.
